All-On-4
The All-On-4 protocol refers to the possibility of implanting and connecting a complete denture on only four implants, within 3 hours after placing the patient's jaw implants.
This rapid transplantation called "immediate loading" - a concept that created a revolution in dental medicine.
Dr. Paulo Malo, the inventor of All On 4 method, examined in a study, dozens of patients planted complete denture in their mouths on "immediate loading", using four implants of Nobel Biocare in each jaw.
Cases were examined using surgical leads, which helps positioning the implants, in order to anchor them in the correct maximum stability in the bone. using four implants supported also by studies that were involving with bio mechanical tests, carried out by comparison of multiple dental implants and assembled systems with only four implants.
The studies found that multi-system implants - powered most of the pressure on the implants in front and rear implants, and therefore these implants are found responsible for the stability of the dental denture.
Follow-up studies of patients who have dental implants using All On 4, showed a cumulative survival rate of Nobel Biocare implants, at a rate of 97.6% and a 100% success in rehabilitation.
Where to start? The All-On-4 technique can be done in two methods

Why All-On-4?
- All dental implants using All-On-4, allows a shorter treatment time
- Immediate loading, loading on the jaw the dental dentures after the operation (only if possible)
-
All-On-4 Method uses the existing natural bone without the need for preliminary operations such as bone implant, bone thickening & silus lift
-
All-On-4 provides immediately high-level aesthetic solution, as most cases do not need rehabilitation as a temporary removable prosthesis, etc...
